Dr. Alessandra Wall is the founder of Altaira, an international speaker, author, and former clinical psychologist with nearly twenty years in practice and fifteen years coaching women at the highest levels of leadership. She partners with status quo breakers who've already achieved rare success, helping them sustain and grow their impact while safeguarding their joy and quality of life.
As advisor and confidant to women on the other side of success, Dr. Wall has no seat on her clients' boards, no stake in their decisions, and no need to be liked when the conversation ends. The only stake she holds is theirs. Her clients come to her already accomplished. What they're looking for is someone who will challenge them to think bigger, act bolder, and lead more fully as themselves.
Through Altaira, her leadership advisory practice, she works with women in STEM, finance, and executive leadership across industries, including Qualcomm, Pfizer, S&P, Schwab, Oracle, aTyr, Bank of America, Microsoft, and Cisco.
Dr. Wall has served on on multiple boards and advisory councils dedicated to advancing women in leadership, including Athena STEM Women, Women in Bio, UC Santa Barbara's Women in Leadership Executive Program, and Healthsocal.ai. Franco-Italo-American, born in Iran and raised between Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and France, she earned her B.A. in Psychology, Cum Laude, from Duke University and her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
She is the fixed point her clients navigate by, the perspective that lets them see exactly where they stand, so the next decision is genuinely their own.
