I spent nearly twenty years as a clinical psychologist and fifteen coaching leaders. I see what you can't see from where you're standing, and I say what no one else will.

I have no seat on your board, no stake in your decisions, and no need to be liked when the conversation ends. The only stake I hold is you. That is what it means to be a consigliere.

I'm Franco-Italo-American, born in Iran, raised between Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and France. I believe success evolves as you do, that there's never only one way to do something, and that none of it has to come at the cost of fulfillment or fun.

That's also how I've built my own career. Twice I created exactly what I set out to create. A thriving clinical practice. Then Noteworthy, my coaching business, which I spent over a decade growing into everything I'd dreamed it would be. And each time, as I evolved, the work evolved with me. The practice became Noteworthy. Noteworthy became Altaira. I don't abandon things. I grow them into what they need to be.

So I know both sides of the table. I've lived the moment when what you built stops fitting who you've become, and I operate the way my clients do now: at the top of my game, planning to stay there for a very long time.

Altaira is where all of it converges, and honestly, this is the most exciting work I've ever done. It exists for women who want what I want: success on their own terms, at full scale, that they actually love. Which means it exists for you.

People who know me joke about the many lives I've lived in this one lifetime. I spent over 25 years in NYC working for top firms on Wall Street, while staying deeply immersed in writing, music, and contemplative healing communities. I've long been the trusted right hand to powerful leaders, and I've run my own small businesses along the way.

After years of living full tilt, sleeping far less than recommended and loving most of it, I began exploring meditation more deeply. Silent retreats and two years of teacher training brought me into extended states of joy and equanimity I hadn't felt since childhood, now informed by everything I'd lived. What I came to understand is that any of us, wherever we are, can gain real clarity, direct our energy toward purpose, and train our hearts and minds to clear away what's unnecessary, so we can apply our full force to the life we actually want.

I only work with people who are genuinely a source of change for the better, done with integrity. Alessandra and the women of Altaira are that. I'm grateful to wake up to this work every day.

Our name Altaira comes from Altair, the brightest star in the constellation of the Eagle, and one of three fixed points navigators have used for thousands of years to determine their position and chart their course.

You are that star. The people in your world, your team, your board, your family, are already orienting themselves against you. You are the point they navigate by.

But even the brightest star needs someone to orient against. That is my role. I am the fixed point that lets you see exactly where you stand, so the next decision is genuinely yours.
